Everyone is different and has different goals and capabilities, so every individual needs a different strength training program. We all have unique aspects of flexibility, mobility, strength, injury history, and training experience. A good strength program considers all of these and is designed specifically for you and your desired result.

Brad assesses you and selects strength exercises that match your skill level and goals.  From there he slowly builds your strength via targeted goal setting within the program itself and gives you the confidence to push yourself slightly out of your comfort zone.
