An exercise is only as good as the time it takes for you to adapt to it.
What does that mean?
If your not getting stronger or more technically correct at a given exercise, you have adapted or have insufficiently recovered. So if you’ve been squatting the same weight for the same amount of reps for more than 2 sessions in a row you’re getting less and less bang for your buck from your training. It’s ceasing to be a challenge to your body and you’re actually going backwards.
So, regardless of your goal whether its fat loss, weight loss, strength gain, or if you’re doing 3 reps to 25 reps, you should ALWAYS be aiming to get stronger. It’s time to change something.
See you in the gym!
