Train with Brad! At Strong and Lean, we understand that no matter what your fitness goals are, you need to be able to stand before you can run. A professional and ethical personal trainer will know this and that is why we always write a personalised training schedule for all our personal training clients based on their specific biomechanics, aerobic fitness, flexibility and injuries.

    ​Every individual is different so every individual needs a different program.  Cookie cutter programs and workouts of the day don't produce the best results as you're trying to force everyone into the same mold. 

    We all have individual aspects of flexibility, mobility, strength, injuries history and training experience.  A good program takes all of these into account and is designed specifically to you and your desired result

    ​Unique Eating Plan

    ​This is not a generic one size fits all diet. I have many, many different approaches to nutrition.  After discussing your goals and your preferences i design a nutrition plan that is best suited to you and your lifestyle.

    ​Aerobic Training

    I believe that the conditioning that will work best for you is the one you enjoy doing. That's why with my semi private personal training at Bondi Junction in Sydney, you get your own conditioning program. We have a wide range of workout equipment such as ropes, balls, kettlebells, treadmills, cross trainers, and rowing machines all available for you to use.

    Regular Assessment

    On top of all this I make sure you're assessed regularly to keep you progressing. I perform a regular 12 site body fat test along with other tests to measure your ongoing progress with fat loss and lean muscle development.
