Brad Stocks has been a one-on-one personal trainer for 20 years. He is best known for strength training and fat loss programs, and his health and fitness knowledge has led him to be an industry teacher and mentor to many.
He has traditionally empowered his clients through health and fitness. He sees personal training as an education and as well as an experience. He is currently three-quarters of the way through a bachelor's degree in counselling and mental health at university, so overcoming the blockages to the results you desire has never been of more importance in his service.

Aerobic Training
The conditioning that will work best for you is what you enjoy doing. If you enjoy it, you will do it more often and get better results simply through consistency. Not everyone requires or desires aerobic training, but if you do, approaching this intelligently is how we minimise injury and boredom.
